Klabbe is a Swedish yachtsman and entrepreneur with 25 years of professional yachting experience on international top level. He is also a Management and Sports promotion consultant with international business experience, and possesses extensive management experience from commercial sailing projects.

Since 2008, he has been running 3 companies in the marine industry focusing on events, sports marketing and management of racing programs with commercial platform. He does as well manage privately-owned racing boats which he does participate and race as well. He has extensively participated in the Med circuit in various classes such as super maxi yachts and CS 50, and has been racing in the M32 multihull class for 4 years as helmsman and owner of Audi sailing team.
