Peter entered the marine business in 1980, after reaching an agreement with Jeanneau as the company’s representative in Norway. With background from shipping, Peter had good contacts with Oslo Harbour authorities and developed the activity in Oslo before moving to Drøbak, where the Heitmann group bought a marina, which today is the heart of the company’s activities. In 1995 Peter was appointed as agent for Nautor’s Swan in Norway. With almost 40 years’ experience from the marine business and soon 25 years relationship with Nautor’s Swan, Peter & Heitmann Marin has a unique position in the Norwegian marine industry and an impressive customer base.

Daughter of Peter Heitmann, been active in the family business since born. Since 2nd of September 2018, CEO Heitmann Marin As, after seven years in the family business. Education: BI Norwegian Business School, bachelor in Retail management. After fulfilled bachelor grade, Oda was in clothing retail for four years before entering the family business full time. Passion for business, focus on high level of customer’s service and focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge and strong relations between dealer and producer are fundamental to her mindset. Near twenty-five years of cooperation with Nautor’s Swan, and almost 40 years in marine business, her father Peter Heitmann, have taken Heitmann Marin to an unique and leading position in the Norwegian pleasure boat market. Oda’s strategy is to continuing building and develop the family business, by keeping the fundamental mindset of Heitmann Marin, but make small adjustments in line with what the market wants.
Jens Petter has been working for Heitmann Marin since the early 90's, and is the Sales Manager at Heitmann Marin as well as the company's dedicated Nautor's Swan specialist. He is very passionate about boat construction and his knowledge is based on many years of sales and delivery of the Nautor's Swan sailboats. Combining knowledge and passion with an extensive experience in the business, he is able to secure a high level customer satisfaction. After selling more than 1,000 sailboats, new and second hand, Jens-Petter is a well-known and trusted character in the Norwegian yacht market.
